The first thing a health coach will help you realize is your “why.” Your “why” for wanting to accomplish a goal or dream you have set your eyes upon. A coach will use this “why” to keep you focused on your goal. My “why” has always been a problem for me. I searched for my “why” for years, but only recently found it. Ten years ago, my “why” was to look good. I wanted 6 pack abs and I wanted to prove I could be someone based on my looks and my ability to work hard in the gym. T
