Word of the Week: Kindness

It's a new week and a new opportunity to be amazing! One way to be amazing is to use some of that kindness you have deep inside of you. We were all born with kindness. Sometimes it gets lost during the many hardships we encounter on this crazy roller coaster of life. This week we are going to focus on finding that long, lost kindness and use it.
Did you know acts of kindness can benefit you as well?
I'd love to hear how you plan to be kind this week. Starting a conversation with a stranger is on my list, simply because it is completely out of my comfort zone. I hope to hold a few doors and smile more often also!
