As much as I like to keep my personal life, well...personal...I feel as if I have to share my health and wellness journey. If I can help just one person, it will all be worth it. This page will be dedicated to that as well as motivation for dreams and goals in this mean 'ol world.

In a nutshell, I gained weight my whole life (since 2nd grade). Went on every diet out there, lost and gained. Did major transformations, was even in a bikini and dark tan on stage once, but never found happiness with my body.

Finally, at 38, I decided I would never again lose weight again until I could keep it off. That was 5 years ago. After Health Coaching school, studying habit change, and finally loving me as me, I was able to do what I have always failed at. I stopped binge eating and finally found control and balance with food.

In 2017, I lost 25# and got my blood work in perfect order (I was previously pre-diabetic). In 2018, I am going to lose 20# and in 2019, I'll lose another 20#. I have found balance and baby steps and finally feel fantastic!

Hey! I’m Natalie and I’m a Christian Certified Health Coach, Life Coach, Revelation Wellness Fitness Instructor & Facilitator, and a Certified Public Accountant.

I spent most of my life stuck. Stuck in a rut with health, wellness, happiness, and just not feeling that I was good enough.

My health journey was a 25-year battle of dieting, losing weight, gaining weight, binge eating, sugar addictions and always feeling that I had to drop more weight before I could go live my life.
