We've had lots of sugar in the house lately. The holidays and birthday celebrations have cake, ice cream, cookies, and candy just about everywhere I turn.
The good feelings I get from those sugar indulgences, leave me with headaches, sugar crashes, laziness, and a desire to eat more sugar!
Today I tried something different.
It has been a week since my last workout and I decided I needed a little Christmas "movement". This 2 1/2 minute "movement" changed the course of my day. Something about beating drumsticks, and singing Jesus music gives me strength and motivation to get up off the couch and do more.
Grab some wooden spoons or drumsticks, if you have them, and let's move! (It's only 2 1/2 minutes. Come on...you can do it!)
Don't mind the "whoo" at the end of the video, I was pretty excited I didn't mess up too much :)
